HCLA (Havering Community Learning Association) is a ‘charitable association‘ which aims to provide a wide range of extra-curricular and recreational programmes and activities for young people and adults living in and around London Borough of Havering.

Our aims are established through various community based projects, supplementary school and community partnerships which are run and managed by dedicated executive teams. These teams are fully focused on achieving the goals and outcomes agreed by the members.

HCLA promotes family well-being and welfare, increase social inclusion, integration and collaboration and we actively promote developing knowledge and skills in our young people. We welcome families from all backgrounds and affiliations and operate on the principle of compassion, value, respect, tolerance and human dignity.
